Thase are DG heads. They show up on e-bay from time to time. Ususally go for $300-$400 or so. The 350's are stamped with a "3" underneath the fins and the 400's have a "4". It does make a difference.
That's definately a stock tank. The seat may actually be a one of a kind but there are lots a very similar seats over at Airtech and "Glass from the past". They should come right up in google.
If I'm not mistaken, the seat is custom. It was made using an extra RD tank for the rear part. It looks great. I've loved the Frontline bike since it was built.
